To register you will need to make a deposit payment of US$400 per
weekly session and per participant
(Deposit for August sessions only, for June and July sessions full payment is
due at time of registration)
The final payment for August sessions will be automatically debited on May 31, 2008

(don't forget to include the airport transfer fee, if needed, in your
total)

- All camps in USA, France, Italy and
Barcelona
require a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE to participate at the camp
(certificate to bring on first day for most of the
camps, information mentioned on your email confirmation)

What next :
- We will contact you by email within 1 to 2 business
days after you submit the paper forms, if you register offline (otherwise
with online registration you get a confirmation right away) to confirm your registration.
- At that time only (Do
not buy your plane tickets before your camp space has been confirmed,
you need to check your flight availability first and if possible do a
pre-reservation with the airline only),
you will be able to plan your airfare (not included in the camp fees)
and other arrangements. Don't forget to tell us about your flight
arrangements if you chose to have an airport pick up scheduled by the
camp (see camp conditions).
- You will need to arrive on the day your camp session starts
(see flight arrival and departure restriction under airport transfer for
each camp on our website) and leave on the last day of your camp
session.
- We will email
you a Welcome packet with the latest information regarding your camp
after your registration.

cancellation insurances are strongly recommended from a broker of
your choice.

Registration changes:
All Registration changes must be made in writing to
Internet Sports Travel. We will not accept any changes made within the 30 days prior to
the start of your camp (Some camps are more restrictive, check your camp's
terms and conditions). We cannot guarantee any changes will be approved by
the camp regarding space availability and other considerations. Any additional
payments due because of the change must be paid immediately.
If you need to change your camp (dates, camp location)
up to 30 days prior to your departure, you will be charged a fee of $50.00 in
addition to any extra fees involved with the camp. This fee will be waived
if you lengthen your program in the same camp. All terms and conditions of
the camp will still remain in effect after the change.
